I live in an apartment and was able to put this on my patio. I put it on top of a pallet, and closed out the bottom with a tarp (and duct taped the tarp to the inside of the shed, to keep out the mice). I store my decorations and camping gear in here, and everything is still dry and great! So far, this has survived 2 summers and a winter, so I can attest that it is pretty good. I do remember the assembly being a bit difficult, and its definitely a two person build. But other than that, it has held up well!

I like shed and the color is nice. The only thing I didn’t like were the instructions. They definitely could of been a bit better. Also, it did arrive with multiple pieces dented.
